I’m Q — a mother, author, life coach, creator, entrepreneur, and the woman behind Grow Glow Profit.

My story isn’t one of having everything figured out. It’s a story of growing through different seasons of life, rebuilding when necessary, learning new skills, trying new things, and continuing to move forward even when life didn’t look exactly how I wanted it to.

I’ve experienced wins. I’ve experienced setbacks. I’ve had ideas that worked, ideas that didn’t, and moments when I had to figure out my next move while still handling everyday life.

But one thing I’ve learned is that you don’t have to have the perfect circumstances to start creating something better.

Turning Creativity into Opportunity

Years ago, I started building an Etsy business from my creativity. That business eventually generated more than $47,000 in sales and helped me accomplish something huge in my life — purchasing my home.

That experience showed me what can happen when you take a skill, an idea, or something you already know how to do and actually give it a chance.

And I never stopped learning.

Over the years, I’ve explored different ways to create income, build businesses, use technology, develop new skills, and turn ideas into opportunities. Not every opportunity is going to be right for every person — and that’s exactly the point.

There is more than one way to build.

That belief became the foundation for Grow Glow Profit.

GLOW — Building confidence, healing, strengthening your mindset, learning, and recognizing what you’re capable of.

PROFIT — Taking your skills, creativity, knowledge, and ideas and learning how they can create opportunities and income.

Who This Space Is For

I created this space for the woman with ideas in her head who hasn’t started yet.
The woman who knows she wants more but isn’t sure what direction to take.
The woman rebuilding.
The woman learning.
The woman who may need encouragement today and a business strategy tomorrow.

While this space was created with women in mind, men are welcome to join, grow, and thrive here too.

You don’t have to do what I did.
You don’t have to choose the same business as somebody else.
And you definitely don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
